WOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOO I made it!!! wow after 7 weeks travelling in South America I finally made it to Jo's house!! and Tom Larkin (a friend from Dublin) is here too!!! It's just soo bizarre and so nice to be able to hang out here for a few days, I have this amazing home cooked food!!! my clothes have been washed, with detergent, properly!! I've had a nice powerful hot shower!!! I managed to even condition my hair AND blow dry it!! and ... AND ...I have a double bed all to myself and get this!!! It's a WATER bed!!! oh it'sd just too much!! They have a pool AND a Jacuzzi!! It's like a diferent world!!! I don't look like a tramp anymore!! well for a few days anyway before I head back down to Central america for another 7 weeks being a bum!!! heheheee

I had time to sort out some of my things before I had a sleep and ate some dinner and met up with Jo and Tom's friends Carla, Melissa and Greg. We all went out to a bar and had a few drinks before going to a club where Greg knew the owner. Needless to say we got in for free and had free drinks for the night!! Sweet!!! the music was great and we danced all night long!! wooo hooo what fun! Then I slept til like 1.30pm the next day before getting up and just chilling with Jo and Tom. Jo had to work last night so myself and Tom went for ice cream and to see James Bond in the cinema. It was a pretty entertaining film!! Then we were all pretty tired last night and so we just chilled and went to bed cos tonight we're gonna go back to a club called Mango's where I went 3 years ago on Ocean drive!! and dance Salsa all night!!! wooo hooo I cant wait!! heheheee

I even managed to call a guy that I met in Peru who lives here in Miami, and he's gonna try to come and meet us tonight in Mango's so that should be fun too!! well I'm off to pick up my pictures that I left in to be developed so I might have then on the website in the next few days!! I'm soooo looking forward to seing them!!! Then later I'm gonna make a cheesecake for after dinner and then party the night away!!! woooo hooo I cant wait!! heheheeee well take care all. Wow wht a trip to Miami that was!!! We got my pictures developed onto CD so I should be able to fix them up in Paint or something and then post some on the website. Well Mangos was just great the other night. I never managed to meet Mason(the guy from miami that I met in Cusco) but at least we managed to chat on the phone a few times :-) We picked up Carla and her brother Matt and all went dancing and drinking for the night. I had a great time dancing with lots of really nice dancers too so it was so much fun!

The morning after Mangos I went for breakfast with Matt which was really yummy and then we took a drive out to the beach for a while before he had to head back for his mom's graduation in the afternoon. It was really beautiful out by the beach though and I took a nice swim there too. Matt wussed out though saying the water was too cold!! ehehee you wanna swim in the Irish sea and then you'll know the meaning of COLD!! so after that I was dropped back to the house where I had a nice Jacuzzi before getting ready for the BIG GAME!!! heheheee Jo had arranged for us all...her mom, dad, Tom and myself all went!!We went out to dinner to a lovely little Italian restaurant first and then went to the Arena to watch the Miami Heat play Basketball against the Texas Rockets (I think thats what they were called anyway) heheeee

The game was really great!!! very exciting!! even going into the huge arena was fun!! we were up fairly high so had a great view of the court and of the 7 foot 5inch tall Chinese guy 'Yao Ming'!!! Now that was something to see!! So it came down to the last 7 seconds and the HEAT were winning until the last second when the Rockets scored a basket to even the score 91 all!!! Then we were into extra time of another 5 minutes!! anyway we ended up losing by a point or something but it was a very exciting first ever basketball game for me!! and I just about managed to get into the jeering and screaming part when the rockets were shooting a free shot!! heheheee it was soo mean!! but so much fun!!

Then the morning of the 17th Jo and Tom dropped me off at the airport and I hopped on my flight to Costa Rica baby!!! From one Sunny palm tree paradise to another!!! ahh it's a hard life eh!! Well thats me finished with Miami for another while at least but I have to say that I had the most amazing time there!!! With all Jo's family, Tom ..oh and I cant forget the dogs!!! It was just like being at home again with all the Xmas decorations up and sitting down to have dinner with the whole family!! I really Really enjoyed it and thanks guys for everything!!! I'll put the photos up soon!! thanks so much for helping me get them all developed and for washing my clothes too!! Miss you all lots!!
